Sales/Service Engineer
Our highly trained technical staff consists of 16
representatives with a combined 100+ years of experience. Our staff includes
several Certified Lubrication Specialists and Oil Monitoring Analysts that excel in providing lubricant engineering services, lubricant crossovers, inventory management, and regularly-scheduled service calls.
Plant Lubrication Surveys
Parman can develop a comprehensive lubrication program for you that is based on information obtained in our plant lubrication audit or full-blown survey. We'll help you reduce inventory, ensure proper lubricant use, maintain O.E.M. warranty compliance, promote lubricator confidence, consolidate and update lubricants, prevent confusion over applications, and recommend buying in proper and optimum package size.
Computex Lubrication Management System
Chevron and Texaco offer a proprietary, web based program to assist our customers in the day to day management of your lubrication tasks. With data obtained from a complete plant lubrication survey, this application can document the proper lubricants to be applied to all lubrication points, along with associated drain/service intervals. For an additional annual subscription fee, the program can also maintain a live lubrication route with updated scheduling of all lubrication tasks. It can even serve as a complete CMMS program for all maintenance, inventory and purchasing functions.
Customer Training
Parman's Certified Lubrication Specialists and Oil Monitoring Analysts can conduct training sessions designed to inform your maintenance personnel with regard to lubrication basics, techniques, best housekeeping practices, oil analysis, industry trends, and other topics. Seminars can be customized to address specific needs of each customer. Training can be conducted at your facilities or at Parman plants.
Oil Analysis
Oil analysis programs go beyond regular preventative maintenance. Data obtained though oil analysis can be used to predict equipment performance. This data can point out particular components that are in need of repair or help you establish a maintenance program. With our proprietary Parchek oil analysis system, our customers are able to obtain reports electronically, with special notices of any abnormal or critical results. Our customers' complete history of lab results can be accessed on line, with a number of management reports to assist in your overall maintenance efforts. Our in-house oil monitoring analysts review results daily and are available to consult with customers about interpretation of the results and remedial measures. Our STLE certified OMAs can also assist in oil analysis training, including how to properly take samples, how to complete paperwork, and how to interpret and act on results.
Equipment
Our equipment subsidiary offers factory-trained staff that can design, install, and service lubricant dispensing systems for any application. We are authorized distributors for Alemite, Graco, Lincoln Automotive, Lincoln Industrial, Balcrank, Gasboy, and National Spencer equipment.
Diesel, Gasoline and Kerosene
Parman features a 24-hour, 7-day keylock system on site with competitively priced diesel and certified K-1 kerosene. Available for pick-up or delivery by tank wagon, we offer top and bottom loading of fuels and lubricants for contractor convenience.
Lubricant Application Posters and Pocket Cards
Parman offers lubricant application posters which can be displayed in appropriate areas of your operation. These posters display the lubricant name and its proper application. We also offer pocket-sized cards for use by individual lubricators, as well as labels which can be affixed to reservoirs. Both of these aids minimize the risk of lubricant misapplication.
Electronic Link
Many of our customers communicate with us via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). EDI purchase orders allow Parman to provide delivery to customers on a "just in time" basis.
